After going a week of no heating or warm water during the winter period, we had 3 engineers who turned up for a week on separate occasions, spending 4-5 hours attempting to fix the issue and everyday they were leaving us with excuses of ‘ I need x, y and z to fix it’ full well knowing what the issue was.
